The Face Studio adheres to the duty of candour and any incidents which take place due to our services are reviewed and acted on appropriately with regular reviews and learning opportunities. 

You will be treated with dignity, respect and honesty throughout your treatment and I will only carry out treatments if I believe there is a real benefit to you, if you are unsuitable for treatment I will inform you.

As I am Healthcare Improvement Scotland certified you can be assured that my clinic room and myself are up to the highest standard and will provide you with the best care possible. I am also a member of ACE which is a group aiming to improve patient safety by educating practitioners through complication reports and evidence. 

The Face Studio reports to Healthcare Improvement Scotland and writes annual reports on each financial year and how many incidents have taken place. Duty of Candour reports are held within the studio and can be shown at patients request.
